Steven was great to work with. We have used him for several investment properties in Acadiana. He is very thorough and his reports are very easy to understand.

For the second time, Select Inspections has provided us with an amazing experience. We will never use anyone else in this region. Steven Guilbeau and his team are professional, fast-acting, extremely meticulous, and caring enough to ensure that his customers feel informed and protected. He uncovered many unknown issues that could have brought on years of headaches and costly repairs. We are so grateful for his master team!

I had an excellent experience with Select Inspections and couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and incredibly easy to work with. The inspector took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood the condition of the property and any potential concerns.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and the clear, organized report I received afterward. It was comprehensive, easy to read, and included helpful photos and recommendations. Their responsiveness and willingness to answer all my questions made the entire process stress-free.

If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy inspection company, I highly recommend Select Inspections. They truly go above and beyond to provide top-quality service.

Steven is very thorough and professional. He explained things and answered my questions. He arrived for the inspection right on time. I had additional questions the next day and he called me back to help me understand some additional items in the report.
